The Algeciras (Gibraltar) Railway Company Limited: Issue of £150,000 Six per cent. Mortage Debertures, to be called and hereinafter referred to as Prior Lien Bonds in 1,500 Bonds of £100 each, numbered from 1 to 1,500 both inclusive. Issued pursuant to powers contained in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company as extended by Resolutions of the Company in General Meetings. The Debentures of this Issue, with the consent of the holders of the 6 per cent. Debentures previously issued by the Company, rank in all respects in priority tu such 6 per cent. Debentures. The Algeciras (Gibraltar) Railway Company, Limited, (hereinafter called "the Company") for value received hereby covenants with the original holder hereof that the Company will on the 30th day of June, 1913, or upon such earlier day as the same shall, under the conditions endorsed hereon, become payable, pay the bearer hereof against surrender of this Bond the sum of £100, and in the meantime, subject to the same conditions, pay interest thereon ur upon so much thereof as for the time being may remain unpaid, at the rate of Six per cent. per annum, by equal half-yearly payments, on the dates stated in the Coupons attached hereto. AND it is hereby declared that this Bond is issued subject to the Conditions endorsed hereon, which shall be read as incorporated therewith, and also with the benefit of and subject to all the provisions (including provisions whereby resolutions of meetings of holders of Prior Lien Bonds are made binding upon all holders) of an Indenture, dated the 26th day of April, 1893, made between the Company of the first part, Joseph White Todd and Alexander Henderson of the second part, and Henry William Henderson and Edward Garthwaite Farish of the third part, being a Trust Deed for securing this and other Prior Lien Bonds of this series for the time being issued and outstanding, not exceding in the aggregate the sum of £150,000.
