[En el reverso, el texto]: Colección RENFE Serie M-9. Para la línea Cercedilla-Los Cotos (de vía métrica y electrificada a 1.500 V cc.) RENFE adquirió 6 unidades M-R que empezaron a circular en 1976 y 1982. El coche motor (que tiene una potencia de 524 kw) puede circular aisladamente ya que tiene dos cabinas de conducción. Alcanza una velociad máxima de 60 km/h y dispone de un sistema de conducción por velocidad prefijada
