Esta locomotora sufrió un accidente en Gador el 16/08/65. Fue reformada a freno dual y pintada en colores Amarillo/gris en 1991. Causa baja en el parque de material de Renfe en 1993 y fue vendida a MSP (Nº 1005), en 1997.
