Vista lateral del coche del Servicio Sanitario PPAS-315 de RENFE. Construido a partir de un antiguo coche de MZA, el AA-344, y transformado por Renfe en 1940 en los talleres de Cerro Negro en Madrid, en coche sanitario, pintado de rojo y blanco. Probablemente nombrado como "Virgen del Rosario", aunque solo se rotuló "Organización sanitaria, 1ª Zona".
